⏱️ Order processing

  • Preparation time: 1-3 business days.
  • After preparation, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

📬 Shipping carriers

We work with logistics operators such as Correos, Correos Express, GLS, SEUR, DHL and others, depending on the product type and destination.

🌍 Origin of shipments

We work with an international logistics model that allows us to offer competitive prices. This means that some orders are shipped from warehouses outside of Spain, which may increase the delivery time compared to stores with local stock.

📋 Order status

You will receive automatic emails at each stage:

  1. ✅ Order confirmed
  2. 🚚 Order shipped (with tracking)
  3. 📦 Order delivered

❓ Order not received

If your order does not arrive within the indicated timeframe:

  1. Check the shipping status with the tracking number.
  2. Verify if the delivery person attempted delivery and left a notice.
  3. If more than 30 days have passed since shipment, contact us at namlight.contact@gmail.com.

🛂 Customs and taxes

  • EU: prices include VAT, no additional tariffs.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: local taxes (IGIC, IPSI) and tariffs may apply and will be borne by the customer.
  • International outside EU: the customer is responsible for any tariffs or import taxes in their country.

🔄 Address change

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible (max. 12 hours after purchase) at namlight.contact@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to modify it.

❌ Order rejected / incorrect address

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or not accepted, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
