At Namlight, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a clear returns policy in accordance with Spanish law.

🔁 Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with RDL 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return it without justification.

💚 Namlight 30-day Guarantee

We go beyond the law: we give you 30 calendar days from receipt to return your product if you are not satisfied.

✅ Conditions for return

The product must be:

  • ✓ In its original packaging
  • ✓ Unused or with minimal use (tested, not broken)
  • ✓ With all its accessories and manuals
  • ✓ In perfect resalable condition

❌ Non-returnable products

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed hygienic products that have been opened
  • Products damaged by the customer

📝 How to request a return

  1. Send an email to namlight.contact@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product to be returned
    • Reason (optional)
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with shipping instructions.
  3. Package the product in its original packaging or an equivalent.
  4. Send the package to the address we provide.
  5. Receive the refund in 5-10 business days from receipt.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: 5-10 business days from when we receive the product and verify its condition.
  • The product amount is refunded (original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of a defective product).

🔧 Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact namlight.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours.
  2. Attach photos/video of the defect and packaging.
  3. We will offer you: free replacement or full refund.

🔄 Exchanges

If you want to exchange the model (e.g., capybara for unicorn):

  1. Request a return for the original product.
  2. Place a new order for the product you want.
  3. We will refund the original upon receipt.
